Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy

We understand sometimes things come up and appointments need to change. We only ask you respect our business schedule when this happens.

All appointments will be asked to pay a non-refundable booking deposit.

To minimise missed appointments, and late cancellations, we do all we can to assist our clients with organising their appointment schedule. Our booking system will send you an email confirmation of your booking, and also an SMS reminder a few days prior to your appointment, allowing adequate time to contact the clinic if a reschedule is required.

A minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or reschedule is essential, and no fees apply when complying with this policy. However, if cancelling within 24 hours, a 30% booking fee will be charged, or any booking deposit paid may be forfeited. Fees may be avoided to extenuating circumstances at staffs discretion if contacted.
