About Natasha...
NARA has been a long time brewing passion.
I am the founder, Natasha Evans, and I started a nursing career in 2014. Although gaining valuable and various experience over the years in multiple nursing environments, in 2018 I discovered my passion in cosmetic nursing.
After working with some esteemed injectors in the business gaining knowledge and skills, I went on to study Aesthetic Medicine and working hard behind the scenes to leave the acute healthcare settings and create the business of my dreams, where I first opened a clinic on the Gold Coast; 'On Point Cosmetics' (aka OPC). After running this successful clinic for a few years, I relocated to South Australia and opened a new clinic with a rebrand. I'd learnt so much after OPC and the new skills and knowledge I seeked out from other business professionals and was very excited to restructure my clinic with the rebrand. After extensive planning, NARA was born.
My cosmetic clinic is more than just cosmetics to me; before studying nursing I was in 'Business Management & Marketing', as I'd always had an administrative strong suit through school and my personality for organisation, perfectionism, and technical skills excelled. However the desire for more social interaction, variety and challenges lead me to try nursing. While loving this career change, over the years part of me still missed the other skill set that was not being utilised. I'm so happy to have been able to combine my passions and ideal career to launch a beautiful business that endeavours to make every client feel like a VIP.
I love seeing my clients with total happiness and confidence and knowing I've helped deliver something great while making them feel comfortable with the relaxed environment of my business in every aspect, by a practitioner who really cares!
As someone who readily takes on challenges and continues to learn and upskill, I've also always loved helping other professionals learn and grown their skillset too. From teaching student nurses in a hospital environment and leading new graduates in their first nursing jobs, to providing mentoring in the medical aesthetics business industry. NARA clinic is now home to a mentoring environment for other health care professionals and a space designed for education and networking events. NARA is a huge passion of mine and determined to a positive leader in the industry in many capacities.
My array of business skills and healthcare knowledge extends beyond my own clinic with a growing technology company. A company dedicated to catering the aesthetic medical industry with software to improve business efficiency, and patient empowerment to the top standards in accordance with Australia's regulations. It's not easy juggling two companies, but I believe in supporting the practitioner and the patient and working to improve the frameworks of our industry for safety and compliance. What I do incorporates all elements of myself including a creative flare.
I'm grateful everyday for my career journey and the opportunity to grow a unique business on the skirts of Adelaide city. I'm meticulous about the future of this company as it grows.
