As an innovative entrepreneur Natasha has created some outstanding resources for the thorough and efficient task of documentation in her busy day to day of a clinic owner and RN cosmetic injector. 

These resources include custom made patient treatment records.

Each have been tried and tested, and tweaked to be the perfect streamlined documentation process for a variety of cosmetic treatments. They each prompt the necessary information related to the treatment, and leave space for writing further notes and comments. You can find detail prompts such as batch numbers and expiries, anaesthetics, prescriber & practitioner, thread types and lengths, needle details, techniques, PIVC details, ingredients, and so much more - ensuring thorough documentation faster!

 

The documents are used digitally on an iPad at NARA with the use of an iPencil or keyboard to quickly tick and fill out, and export to the patients file.
